Our Main Lodge

The Twin Birches Cottages and Apartments is a complete family resort. The largest cottage and apartment resort in Lake George, Twin Birches offers units with 1,2,3, and 4 bedrooms to accommodate almost any size group and preference. Like all our lodging, we furnished the Main Lodge with your comfort in mind!

The Main Lodge is absolutely perfect for two families to vacation together or a group of several couples. High ceilings and spacious living areas afford room to breathe and plenty of space to relax

Amenities on the First Floor include;

	Cable TV and HBO		Phones in rooms
	Individually controlled heat and air conditioning		Deck or porch
	One or two private baths with shower		2-3 Bedrooms
	Accommodate 4-10 guests		Many combinations of beds
	Kitchens with coffee makers

The Twin Birches Cottages and Apartments was the former home of Adolph Ochs, owner & publisher of the New York Times. Some of the original buildings still add beauty to our grounds. They have been carefully maintained and still offer very comfortable lodging to our guests.

We furnish all linens, cooking utensils and dishes.
Please bring your own household supplies
(Soaps, detergents,beach towels and hangers)
We also supply porta-cribs free.

The Twin Birches is just a short walk or drive away from over 50 Lake George area restaurants. The best of both worlds, The Twin Birches offers the perfect place to spend your vacation.

There's so much here to enjoy, some of our guests spend all of their vacation right here on the grounds and the lake. Others like the hustle and action of Lake George Village but love to come back to the quiet beauty and relaxing atmosphere of their cottages.
