All the luxuries of being home while on vacation! Beautiful homes with large decks and privacy. The homes are spacious with central air conditioning & full kitchens. These are perfect for families or groups consisting of 8-14 people!
We provide bed linens, pillows, bath towels, kitchen dish towel, dish rag, garbage bags, toilet paper, pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, and gas grills.
You do need to provide all your own personal soaps, sponge, pool towels, hair dryer, BBQ utensils, coffee filters, coffee, bakeware, condiments, paper towels, tissues , face coverings, personal hand sanitizer, and any cleaning supplies you feel you may need during your stay.
An advance deposit of 1/2 of weekly price per unit per week is required to guarantee reservations. Reservations are tentative until money is received. Your deposit will be cheerfully refunded if a cancellation is received 30 days prior to date of arrival, minus a 25% service charge of the deposit. If less than 30 days’ notice is given, the deposit is nonrefundable. No refunds on early departures.
